Math
Whatever you're working on, from Algebra 1 through AP Calculus AB. We work through what's confusing until it makes sense. I also help with competition math, like AMC.
Tutoring · Online · Grades 6–12
Math and computer science,
1-on-1.
Help with homework, test prep, or getting ahead, from someone who enjoys it.
Subjects
1-on-1 help in math and CS for middle and high school students.
Computer Science
Whether you're writing your first program or already building apps, we'll work on real code together. If you're competing in USACO, I'll help you build the algorithms and problem-solving it takes to move up.
Why learn with me
I've taken the classes.
I'm taking AP Calculus BC and studying for AP Computer Science A this year. Last year I got a 5 on the AP Calculus AB exam and a 1550 on the SAT.
I build real software.
My iOS app, Criterion, is coming soon to the App Store. You'll learn programming from someone who ships real code, not just someone who knows the syntax.
Competition experience.
I've competed in USACO and math contests like AMC, so I can help you train for them too.
What it's like
During each session, we work on whatever you need, whether that's tonight's homework, a test coming up, a topic that never quite made sense, or something you haven't covered yet. I'll explain it a few different ways until one clicks, and then you'll work through problems while I help. By the end, you should be able to do them on your own. To make sure it sticks, I'll also provide a few practice problems for you to do, which we'll review during the next session.
Pricing
$22 per session. Each session is 1 hour long over Google Meet, and the rate is the same for both subjects.
